Tender are invited for Saint John Regional Hospital - AHU Upgrades

Tender Details *****Amendment # 1

Tender was amended for administration purposes.

Work of this contract comprises of supplying of factory assembled Air Handling
Unit (AHU) complete with heating/cooling coils, energy and dehumidification
wheels, fans, humidifier manifold, dampers c/w actuators, louvers, hoods, service
platforms, ladders, VFDs, electrical and controls components and panels, and all
disposal systems associated equipment as specified herein.

Bidder will be supplying field support to the installing contractor, start-up, commissioning, close-out submittals and warranty obligations.

Bidder should deliver the goods on or before October 21,2026. The delivery shall be FOB to the Saint John Regional Hospital, 400 University Ave, Saint John, New Brunswick.
