- The IESO is currently using SailPoint IdentityIQ as its Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution to provision and manage access to an increasing number of IESO solutions.Software Maintenance & SupportThe IESO is seeking to renew maintenance & support for the following IdentityIQ modules:- IdentityIQ Base Product- IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager - Internal User Cube- IdentityIQ Compliance Manager - Internal User Cube- IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager - Business Partner Cube- IdentityIQ Compliance Manager - Business Partner Cube- IdentityIQ Service Desk Integration Module - MicroFocus Service MgrThe current maintenance and support contract will expire on March 15, 2026.Professional ServicesFrom time to time during the Term, the IESO may, at its sole discretion, elect to enter into one or more additional statements of work for professional services with the Service Provider on an as-and-when-needed basis.Professional services may include support for the following: Implementation of major release of IdentityIQ and other product upgrades; Configuration/development activities to integrate IdentityIQ with new IESO solutions; Training / mentoring.Eligibility RequirementsIn accordance with the Ontario Government-s Procurement Restriction Policy in force at the time of this RFP, Respondents that are US Businesses are not eligible to participate.
