- The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: To provide expert consulting services for designing and recommending to the SAFE Work Manitoba service delivery model and the development of a change management implementation plan.Description of ServicesThe Contractor will collaborate with SAFE Work Manitoba to redesign its service delivery model. This will include facilitating design sessions, validating high- level future workflows, supporting persona development and defining supporting roles and service expectations.The Contractor shall be involved in the development of change management and implementation strategies, training materials, and operational tools aligned with the redesigned model. The Contractor will also support implementation of the redesigned model, assess organizational readiness for implementation, and refine the modernized SAFE Work service delivery model based on current state assessment and feedback. The Contractor will work closely with internal staff from the WCB's SAFE Work Division, Human Resources and Information Technology staff to ensure alignment with operational capacity and technology readiness.Without limiting the generality of Clauses above, the Contractor shall deliver the services described below in five distinct phases:(a) Validate Business Outcomeso Conduct an environmental scan to assess internal and external challenges, including trends in psychological and complex injuries, staffing/workflow pressures, and evolvin...
