- Invitation to Tender TENDER NO. 81213 Saddle St Storm Main Replacement The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 81213 - Saddle St Storm Main Replacement, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Supply and Install approximately 370m of SDR35 and HDPE storm sewer main varying from 200mm to 900mm diameter, Replace, Transfer, or Install storm service connections, inspection chambers, and catch basin leads, Abandon existing storm main and manholes, and Other miscellaneous and incidental work as contained in the Contract Documents.
