Tender are invited for 21-58015S77 Section D Masonry Conservation - Phase 4The National Research Council Canada, 100 Sussex Drive Ottawa, has a requirement for a project that includes:Provide all labour, equipment and materials to carry out mortar removal andreplacement, and stone repairs at 100 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, from grade to below the parapet level as specified and indicated on the drawings, asrequired and as follows:.1 Remove flaking/bubbling (blistering) stones and smooth boundaries..2 Clean the repaired walls, site and grounds to Consultant-s satisfaction..3 Repoint mortar joints..4 Repair damaged stones using restoration quality mortar.
