- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Living Sky School Division No. 202 (“LSKYSD”) to Suppliers to submit Proposals to purchase the fleet of school buses owned and operated by LSKYSD and to take over the transportation services from LSKYSD in accordance with the Definitive Agreements. The Successful Supplier will be expected to: purchase the Assets from LSKYSD in accordance with the terms of the Sale Agreement; provide transportation services to LSKYSD in accordance with the Service Agreement; lease the Facility (as described herein) from LSKYSD in accordance with the Lease Agreement; employ the unionized transportation employees as contemplated herein; attend to negotiations respecting the unionized employees with the Union; and attend to all other matters as contemplated herein by the Successful Supplier.
