Synopsis: The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM), on behalf of its members, the 296 rural municipalities of Saskatchewan, is publishing to inform of the intent of the members to participate in one or more procurements offered through SARM or through SARM-s relationships with other buying groups between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021. Additional Information:
This is not a competition. The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) requires that an entity participating in a buying group publish a declaration of its intent to participate in a buying group. “A procurement entity shall publish a notice of its participation with the buying group at least annually on one of the tendering websites or systems designated by its Party. That notice shall direct potential suppliers to the buying group tender notices website if it is different from its Party-s tendering websites or systems.” (CFTA, Article 504, Section 7)
