Description:
This Request for Prequalification (the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (“Canoe”) and Canoe Benefits LP (“Canoe Benefits”) to prospective vendors on behalf of its current and future members for the supply of Employee Group benefits to result in a national contracting solution for use by its members. The successful proponent(s) will be invited to enter into a master agreement for the Deliverables for Canoe and Canoe Benefits current and future members. The successful proponents will be considered Prequalified and placed on prequalification lists for Canoe current and future Members to use. Upon execution of the master agreement, Proponents will be considered as Qualified Suppliers and will be included on the prequalification list(s). Only the Qualified Suppliers on Canoe-s prequalification list(s) who meet the Member-s unique mandatory requirements will receive further notices of procurement covered by Canoe-s prequalification list(s).CONTRACT TERM: The term of any resulting contract(s) awarded by CANOE under this solicitation will be 5 years plus an option for 3 additional years.NEGOTIATIONS: Negotiations may be permitted.TRADE AGREEMENT APPLICATION:This request for proposals is subject to the applicable provisions of various trade agreements including Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Chapter 5, Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, and Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) Chapter 19, New West Partn...
