Description : Protect and conserve the 1913 heritage designated Rumpel Felt building and demolish the additions at 60 Victoria St. N, Kitchener. Abatement of Designated Substances and Hazardous Materials is required as well as shoring / bracing, salvage and reuse of the existing chimney brick, disconnection and modifications of the MEP and sprinkler systems, utility disconnections, a roof condition assessment with recommendations and pricing, and areas of new steel siding. Contractor must coordinate and implement all permit requirements and provide plans, designs, third party inspections, testing, certification and reports in accordance with Metrolinx, City of Kitchener, Region of Waterloo and utility providers.
