Description:
This service is for a consultant to create a design for : 9213: Replace inverted roof cover at RUH for wings A,B,C, and F. 9227: Replace Bitumen Roofing. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Consultant shall perform the following Design services in connection with the project: Prime consultant services are required to design roof system, project documents, detailed drawings, tendering, project management and contract administration for the 9213 Sections and 9227 Roof section at the Royal University Hospital , 103 Hospital Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0W8 9213: • The roof coverage of wings A,F and portions of Wings C and B consist of an inverted EPDM membrane with stone ballast. • The total area of the inverted roof cover is estimated @ -1800 sq. meters • Complete a detailed measure up of roof, pinpointing locations of roof top equipment , vents etc. • Develop sealed roof layout drawings on CAD. 9227: · The area of the Bitumen roofing system in the lower roofing is estimated@ 925 sq. Meters · Note the life -cycle replacement may be deferred subject to Consultant recommendations The consultant will be expected to review the roof system and provide detailed recommendations for the repairs
