DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) WW000095_CN82328 RTA Gravel Restore, CFB Wainwright, AlbertaThe work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to supply, deliver and stockpile Crushed Aggregate for Road Surface Course at the Black/Green Gravel Pit and Red/Purple Gravel Pit in the Range Training Area (RTA) for the Department of National Defence (DND) at CFB Wainwright, Alberta.As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.The total project budget, including a Prime Cost Allowance of $36,400.00, is $500,000.00The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 45 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement.
