- The City of Burnaby-s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering consultants for preliminary design services, detailed design services, tendering services (optional works) and construction contract administration services (optional works) aimed at transforming the existing gravel parking lot at Riverway Sports Complex (“RSC) South Parking Lot into a durable asphalt surface. This project includes essential drainage enhancements, including installation of catch basins and oil interceptors as well as addition of data/electrical/water conduits along the boulevard. It also includes new parking lot lighting and provisions for EV charging stations.
