Description:
INVITATION Bid Call: Sealed Bids will be received from pre-qualified General Contractors at 770 Bradford Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00 PM local time on 26th day of February, 2025. Pre-qualified General Contractors: Lowe Mechanical Services Ltd. MAKA Power Ltd. Powertec Electric Inc. Nor-Tec Group Ltd. Offers submitted after above time will be returned to Bidder unopened. Offers will be opened privately immediately after time for receipt of Bids. Amendments to submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing prior to Bid closing and if endorsed by same party or parties who signed and sealed offer. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS This Contract includes work, materials and procedures as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications and other documents referenced or related to this project. Work for this Contract, identified as SMS Project No. 24-228-01 includes but is not limited to the following: Replacement of all existing lighting control devices connected to the existing Douglas Lighting Control System within the Skilled Trades and Technology Centre. Addition of integral occupancy sensors to all suspended linear light fixtures in the basement/crawlspace. Testing and adjustment of equipment and sequences after the equipment has been installed.
