- Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech) is establishing an on-premises private cloud infrastructure to host virtual IT labs for students in IT Programs to remotely access the virtual lab environment and complete their labs, assignments, case studies, and course projects. This infrastructure will ensure scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.The College is seeking proposals and quotes from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive solution for establishing a private cloud environment for virtual labs. The infrastructure must support a minimum of 500 virtual machines (VMs) running concurrently, with a total capacity to deploy up to 1000 VMs to accommodate students from various sections and departments.
