Call For Tenders Tender No. RQQ-2025-PROB-958 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions from Proponents for a Vendor of Record (“VOR”) +2nd Stage arrangement for the provision of Engineering, Consulting, and Construction Management Services. The requirements and Scope of Work are described in the Request to Qualify and Quote Documents which are only available through the Metrolinx MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) Portal at www.metrolinx.merx.com ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Toronto, Ontario time on January 15, 2026. ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Proponents. Only Proponents who possess the requested experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract.
