- The project consists of replacing the sanitary main and water main along the 500m stretch from the intersection of Graham Avenue and Sewage Treatment Plant Road to the tie-in at the City of Terrace's sewage treatment plant. The upgrade to the sanitary line is necessary to accommodate the City-s future capacity needs, as the current infrastructure is not sufficient to meet predicted demand.
The existing sanitary main is a 500mm diameter Asbestos Cement (AC) pipe, installed in 1965, and will be replaced with a 750mm PVC pipe. - Documents:
