- The Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Island Health") is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to invite qualified Respondents to provide a new elevator at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in the D&T Building. The project is to provide and install a new elevator in the D&T building at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. There was an empty shaft left when the D&T building was constructed in 2001. There are currently 3 elevators in this shaft. There are 5 stories in this building. 2 stories are interstitial spaces and only 1 will have access with this elevator. This elevator will access floors L0, L1, L3, L4, L5. Project specifications are provided.
