Description : This RFP is issued by BC Hydro to obtain Proposals from parties wishing to provide the following Work to BC Hydro: 1) a 3D digital Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) survey of all underwater surfaces of the low-level outlets (LLOs), spillway and energy dissipaters downstream of the gates at BC Hydro Hugh Keenleyside Dam Generating Station (“HLK”, which is located about 11.8 km west of Castlegar on the Columbia River); and, 2) Post-processing of the data collected at site, including the preparation of a 3D surface mesh, drawings of the survey area and a summary report.
