Tender Details SCOPE
This tender consists of the supply, and delivery of one (1) ROV-ACC-T16 Side Scan Tow-Fish Sonar or equivalent.

Equivalent brand/product may be accepted upon review and acceptance by the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture & Fisheries. An equivalent brand/product is required to meet or exceed the Technical Specifications stated below in the Item Description.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document. Vendors shall be able to meet the required specifications detailed within the item description.

If bidder(s) choose to submit an 'Equivalent Brand', they must provide specifications / product information at the time of bid submission.

HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Vendors are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Vendors should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes.
