Planned Project - July 21 to August 23, 2025
Three sessions planned between July and August each session estimated at 27 hours of flying. Due to the nature of the study, start days are firm. Pilot and crews to stay in remote camp.
Estimated 81 hours of flight time in the Selwyn Mountain Range conducting bear hair snag station checks.
Locations will have been mobilized prior to the station checks.
Preferred aircraft must have power to tower out of confined landings and to carry a heavy load as well as have excellent long range due to the size of the study area. DRY RATES will be required. Flying in mountainous terrain with hover and toe-in landings highly likely.
