Description : The Town of Whitecourt, in partnership with the Whitecourt Rotary Club, has developed a major urban park near the Town Centre. The park includes a man-made pond, waterslides, splash park, large playground structure, sport fields, walking trails, and picnic areas. It has become a focal point for the community and region. Rotary Park receives high use in the spring and summer months. The Town is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit providers for food concession services and possibly other public services for the users of Rotary Park. The Town of Whitecourt is providing the proponents with a considerable degree of latitude to propose a single service food concession, OR, a variety of other services in combination with the food services concession, such as tube or paddle boat rentals (either now or in the future).
