Description:
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide services for both Water and Sewer and Road Projects Works as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The Corporation of Loyalist Township intends to pre-qualify contractors for future Road projects and future Sewer and Water projects for the duration of the Roster period.
The term for both Rosters will be five (5) years.
The Qualified Supplier Roster will be utilized for projects as needed. Staff may utilize the Roster to issue procurement formats, all as prescribed by the Township-s Procurement Policy and as per the Qualified Supplier Roster Protocol.
Only contractors that are deemed suitable for the individual projects as per the prequalification criteria will be invited to participate in the second stage/subsequent processes for these types of contracts.
