Description:
Golden Valley Villa was built in 1983 and consists of 8 senior self-contained apartments. We are unsure of when the existing roof was re-shingled, but the shingles are currently in very poor condition. We require replacement of the entire roof and to include all new roofing components, roof vents,vent hoods, chimney, soffit, fascia and eavestroughing throughout. The eavestroughing replacement will include down pipes with new splash pads and down pipe extensions that can be lifted for lawn maintenance. There is also a small shed located on the property that requires the roof to be replaced aswell. Homeland Housing is working with Goodwin Inspections & Consulting in soliciting for a company to complete a roof replacement at Golden Valley Villa, Smoky Lake. Meeting Details A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Alberta Time at Golden Valley Villa, 4308 -Railway Avenue, Smoky Lake, Alberta.
