Notice Details 1.1 INVITATION TO TENDER

.1 Sealed Tenders will be received by the Horizon Health Network until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 1, 2020 at DFS Inc., c/o Richard Gradon, 7 Duncraggan Court, Saint John, New Brunswick, for the following project.

.2 Tender Documents, Specifications, Plans and other information are attached.

.3 Site access for the purpose of reviewing existing conditions is restricted. A pre-bid site visit and inspection tour of the existing site and premises with Engineer-Architect has been arranged for Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Hospital Main Entrance. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid site visit. Additional access to the site must be coordinated with: Facility Engineering Property Management (FEPM), St. Joseph's Hospital.
