- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental services necessary to perform all Work. All construction work shall be in compliance with the accompanying drawings, specifications and other contract documents.
Division of the Work among Subcontractors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Contractor-s responsibility. Neither the Project Manager/Agency nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms between sectors or disciplines of work.
