- The scope of Work consists of a Base Bid to replace 1,139m2 of ballasted EPDM roofing system with an adhered SBS roofing system at O. M. Irwin School, 999 George Street East, Swift Current, SK. There are 2 Separate Prices for the same scope of work on 2 other roof sections of 188m2 and 321m2. Separate Price #3 is to add an SBS cap sheet to an existing SBS roofing system on the 762m2 gymnasium. Except as otherwise specified, the Work shall include the supply of all labour, equipment, materials, fittings, fixtures and services necessary or reasonably incidental to the completion of all Work shown on the drawings and as specified.
