- The project includes approximately 2,600 sm. roof replacement on Roof Areas P, R, S & T. This includes the removal of the conventional BUR roof assembly on all roof areas, the installation of both conventional Mod. Bit. roof assembly on Roof Areas P, S & T and conventional PVC roof assembly on Roof Area R, the installation of metal siding clad parapets and sheet metal flashings, and the reinstallation of existing rooftop mechanical equipment. In addition, the project also includes the installation of a roof access ladder to Roof Area R, the removal of four skylights on Roof Area T and repainting the metal siding clad mansard roofs on all sides of Roof Area R.
