- The built-up roofing system installed above the building and vestibule, along with the flashing of the two-ply modified bitumen parapet walls are at the end of their life span. The polystyrene pads at gas supports are also deteriorated from ultraviolet radiation. It is recommended to replace the flat roof and parapet membrane and the polystyrene pads to provide proper supports for the gas line. Bundled with this work is the install of a new roof hatch guard, and the replacement of (4) bathroom exhaust fans, and one drinking fountain.
