Tender are invited for NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Title: Roof Drains Relining Project - Regina, SKSolicitation Number: M5000-22-0652/ADescription: Scope of work is to reline storm drains (existing cast pipe)from the roof to the basement of 2 buildings; C- block is a 3 storey building built in 1958 , approximately 1647 square meters and D-Block is a 4 storey building built in 1976, approximately 1865 square meters. Note: some pipes may contain asbestos & cement on the exterior of the piping. There are presently signs of leakage points to the existing pipes in both buildings, all work can be completed during regular work hours during occupancy. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by December 31st, 2021.This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
