- Rocky View County is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. To pursue this goal, the County is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Requirements Analysis and Readiness Review, followed by the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) document (Scope of work) in collaboration with the County-s appointed project team members, and to serve as an advisor for the ERP evaluation and selection process. This integrated approach aims to ensure a seamless transition towards modernizing the County's systems and processes.The primary objective of this initiative is to evaluate the County's current systems, functional processes, and infrastructure in-depth, focusing on assessing the County's requirements and readiness for ERP implementation. The assessment will delve into various aspects, including but not limited to, the County's technological capabilities, data management practices, operational workflows, and organizational readiness for change.
