- All components of this project affec the Rocanville School, Rocanville Aquatic Centre, Nutrien Community Hall, Rocanville Rec Centre, and Noble Construction Rocanville Skating Rink. Bidders will have to make accommodations for these facilities.
General Scope
*Curbs and subbase will be completed by others prior to contractor arrival
*Town of Rocanville will allow 7 to 10 days of continuous access to complete paving subject to dates noted in additional information
*Final paving of 10cm of asphalt
*Provide alternate pricing for 7.5cm of asphalt
*Total area 4,265 sqm

Lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted
If bid deviates from supplied specifications, those deviations must be clearly noted
Earliest start July 21, 2025 and completion by November 1, 2025
Testing of asphalt paid for Town of Rocanville
Contractor plan should minimize interruption to the school
Following dates will have restrictions due to bookings at facilities
September 5, 6, & 7, September 19, 20, & 21, September 26 & 27, October 3, 4, & 5
