Description:
Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete a culvert replacement near Saint Louis. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as May 2025. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. Description of the Procurement The roadway on Highway No. 25 (Control Section 25-01 km 23.96, approximately 3.2 km east of the junction with Highway No. 2 near Saint Louis) has partially washed out due to spring runoff. The existing 1-1800 mm x 22 m long culvert will need to be replaced including the installation of riprap aprons, erosion control and gravel surfacing repairs.
