Description:
Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice: This is an advance notice of a procurement opportunity for interested Contractors. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender is expected to be released in July 2025, with a fall 2025 completion date.This Advance Proposed Procurement Notice has been released to notify potential bidders that: The project is being advanced, as it has not been identified on a tender plan. Indigenous employment clauses will be included in the tender. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. Description of the Procurement: The Ministry intends to release a tender for repaving Highway 16 from the Lashburn Access to the Marshall Access, for a total distance of 15.49 km. Approximately 33,000 tonnes of EPS Asphalt Concrete will be required to complete the work. Indigenous employment clauses are planned to be added to the contract documents (the Bid Form) as stated within the advance notice document.
