Description:
CONSTRUCTION OF A SUBGRADE AND SURFACING STRUCTURE for various intersection treatments, ramps and roundabout at the intersection of Highway No. 1 and the Grand Coulee Access Road; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 4.27 km.
