Description:
CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 16 from 6.45 km east of its junction with Highway No. 20 to 9.53 km west of its junction with Highway No. 20 AND from 10.35 km to 18.45 km west of its junction with Highway No. 20; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 24.08 km.
