Synopsis: BLASTING AND REMOVAL OF ROCK OUTCROPS on Highway No. 135-02 from Km 30.28 to 44.04, Highway No. 905-01 km 5.57 to 66.48 and Highway No. 905-03 km 54.77 to 64.40; for a TOTAL OF 10 LOCATIONS. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Single Procurement Service Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement RFXquestions@gov.sk.ca Bidders may request a debriefing session from Single Procurement Service by emailing spsconstruction@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
