Description:
This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for ITT-03-25 Road Surface Repairs of Park Street North and Rubidge Street, as further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The work described in this ITT covers road surface repair services of Park Street North and Rubidge Street, including the removal/disposal/supply/set of frames, covers, and grates, resetting of valve boxes, curb removal, curb re-installations, milling of existing asphalt, base asphalt repairs, application of emulsified asphalt tack coat, installation of hot mix asphalt, and the application of pavement markings. This ITT also covers the removal of existing asphalt and rail control infrastructure, earth excavation and grading, and restoration of road base, asphalt, curb, sidewalk and landscaping related to the Rail Crossing on Rubidge Street south of Townsend Street. Locations will be as per the design drawings.
