What we need
Severn-s Public Works Department is seeking a bid from the pre-qualified Contractors for construction services involving in-place processing (pulverizing), partial depth milling, grading shaping and compacting, supply and placement of new granular base, supply and placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, and line painting. This project also includes various culvert replacements ranging from 375 mm up to 900 mm diameter and other provisional items.

Severn is looking to complete the asphalt resurfacing work no later than October 31, 2025. The tentative construction start date is June 1, 2025.
