- The tender seeks experienced and qualified contractors to provide bids for milling and paving work at defined locations across the City. Work is to be in accordance with the tender documents and completed before September 19, 2025.
Mandatory attendance pre-bid meetings will be completed by appointment only. Bidders shall arrange a time with the noted contact 48 hours in advance to schedule an appointment. The scheduled appointment shall take place between 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Monday to Friday at the City of Brockville-s Gord Watts Municipal Centre (251 North Augusta Road, Brockville, ON K6V 2V1). Appointments will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a maximum of two (2) appointments per day. Appointments shall not take place on weekends, and during holidays.
