TENDER PACKAGE FOR CONVENTIONAL ROAD SURFACING CONTRACT “Grid 675 and Grid 787 from km 0.0 to km 17.5km” Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 11:00 A.M., SK time, on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 for Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Surfacing Construction of approximately 17.5 kilometres on Grid 676 and Grid 787 including intersections and approaches in the R.M. of Senlac No. 411. Approximate total quantities: 110,000 tonnes of Type 6 Subbase Course in Place (RM Supplied) 90,000 tonnes of Type 33 Granular Base Course in Place (Contractor Supply) 42,000 tonnes of Type 72 Hot Mix Asphalt Course in Place (Contractor Supply) 3,000 m3 Earth Excavation 300 tonnes Bituminous Prime and Tack Tenders will be opened in public in the R.M. of Senlac office in Senlac, SK at the hour of 11:00 A.M, SK time, Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “5 % of the Tender amount”. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
