- Invitation to Tender TENDER NO. 78012 Road & Pedestrian Safety Improvements on Guildford Way and David Avenue The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 78012 - Road & Pedestrian Safety Improvements on Guildford Way and David Avenue, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Installation of new poles, signal upgrades, electrical work and concrete work for sidewalk and let downs at Guilford Way and Falcon Drive intersection. Installation of new poles, signal upgrades, electrical work and concrete work for sidewalk and let downs at Guilford Way and Lansdowne Drive intersection. Pedestrian Crosswalk on David Avenue east of Princeton Avenue. The scope of work includes new crosswalk, new let-downs and median work, installation of RRFB (rectangular rapid flashing beacons), and electrical work. Other miscellaneous and incidental work as required.
