- SEALED TENDERS marked "Town of McLennan; Road Improvements - 2025", will be received until 2:00 P.M., Local Time, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the office of Velocity Engineering Inc., #3, 8909 96 Street, Peace River Alberta. Tender submission via email will be permitted. Upon the request of theEngineer the Original Tender submission documents must be delivered to the office of the Engineer. The documents must be received within seven (7) business days of the request. Tender submissions via email must be received by 1:00 P..M. Local Time, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 and the TenderingContractor must verify receipt via telephone prior to 2:00 P.M. the same day. The work consists of the following approximate quantities: - Road Reconstruction 8,000 s.m. - Concrete Curb and Gutter 236 l.m. - Concrete Sidewalk, Aprons and Swales 76 s.m. - Catch Basins and Manholes 4 units - Catch BasinLeads and Sanitary Main 52 l.m. Hard copy Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the office of Velocity Engineering Inc. upon deposit of $100.00 in cash or cheque made payable to the Engineer. The deposit will be refunded if the Documents are returned in good condition as per the terms indicatedin the Instructions to Tenderers.
