- The Municipality of Spaniard-s BayTENDER CALLROAD RECONSTRUCTION AND PAVING The Municipality of Spaniard-s Bay invites tenders for resurfacing and paving of various streets within Spaniard-s Bay and Tilton, along with parking lots. Tender specifications can be obtained at the Town Office, 190 Conception Bay Highway, Spaniard-s Bay or by telephoning 786-3568 or email Written tenders will be received until 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at which time they will be opened in public. Tenders must be sealed and clearly marked “Road Construction and Paving Project - Town of Spaniard-s Bay” and dropped off or forwarded to: Town of Spaniard-s Bay 190 Conception Bay Highway Spaniard-s Bay, NL A0A 3X0 Bidders must be COR certified and prove being in good standing with Workplace NL. The successful bidder shall provide proof of insurance on all equipment used on the project as well as contractor general liability. The Town does not limit itself to accepting the lowest or any tender received and it is understood that work must be started in June 2026 and completed within 4 weeks from the official start date of the contract.
