Skid Controls and Plant SCADA System located in the water treatment plant at the Milner Ridge Correctional Centre in the rural municipality of Lac Du Bonnet, Manitoba. The building is in daily use and the contractor shall be required to coordinate the work while allowing for ongoing facility routine.
