- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The RM of Moose Creek No. 33 Sealed RFP for Engineering/Architectural Services for an Office Addition will be accepted by the RM until 4:00 P.M., Monday, March 17, 2025. The Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 currently has a 40- by 48- office building located in the Town of Alameda. The existing lot is 50- by 120-. We are looking to build an addition to the rear of the building to match the existing building construction and foundation system. The addition will be 40- by 25- and will be used as a council chambers/board room. It should have plumbing for a sink or small kitchen area. The current council chambers will need to be turned into two rooms. One will be an office the other a small lunch room. The addition should be on the same plumbing, heating and electrical systems as the main building. Please see the attached documents.
