Description:
The RM of St. Clements is calling tenders for the 2025 Roadworks Program project. The project works must be completed by September 30, 2025, with works on Quarry Road completed between June 30, 2025 and August 29, 2025.Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. on April 16, 2025 at the officeof JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC), 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, Manitoba.The works for this project includes asphalt road reconstruction and associated drainage and restoration works for approximately 450 m on Quarry Road, approximately 2,400 m on Donald Road and Rebeck Road Intersection, andapproximately 600 m on Rebeck Road.Works generally include: - 23,000 cu. m of road excavation - 38,000 sq. m of geotextile/geogrid - 35,000 sq. m of granular sub-base - 31,000 sq. m of granular base - 25,000 sq. m of asphalt concrete paving - 5,650 lin. m of granular shoulder - 1,210 lin. m ditchregrading - private approach restoration - ditch and boulevard restoration - culvert regradingNo pre-tender meeting or test holes will be completed onsite.Lowest or any bid may not necessarily beaccepted.
