Description:
The RM of Edenwold No. 158 (hereafter referred to as the RM) is interested in obtaining proposals for the construction of a cold storage building to be located behind the rural shop in the SW ¼ Section 8-17-17-W2. The RM wants qualified suppliers and/or general contractors to ensure the building is constructed to meet all building codes and have it substantially completed before October 1, 2025. Lump sum price quoted must reflect the total cost for all labour, materials and equipment to complete the work and should be quoted in Canadian Funds, to the RM of Edenwold No. 158. Bids may be placed in a sealed envelope marked: CONFIDENTIAL- RM158-2025-04 Cold Storage Building RFP and received before 5:00 PM local Regina time, Friday March 14th, 2025 at the office of the RM of Edenwold No. 158 located at 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, or be emailed to info@edenwold-sk.ca. The Bidder agrees to have their bid open to acceptance for and irrevocable for thirty (30) calendar days and that the owner may at anytime during this period may accept this proposal. Proposal will be awarded at the Council meeting on Tuesday March 25th, 2025. See attached documents for details.
