Description:
The RM of Edenwold No. 158 (hereafter referred to as the RM) is interested in obtaining Tender bids for a 2025 Power Unit. The RM wants qualified suppliers to supply a 2025 power unit that meets the specifications listed in this Tender. Lump sum price quoted must reflect the total cost for supplying the power unit to the RM rural shop and should be quoted in Canadian Funds, to the RM of Edenwold No. 158 including taxes. Bids may be placed in a sealed envelope marked: CONFIDENTIAL- RM158-2025-05 2025 Power Unit Tender and received before 2:00 PM local Regina time, Thursday February 27th, 2025 at the office of the RM of Edenwold No. 158 located at 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, or be emailed to info@edenwold-sk.ca. The Bidder agrees to have their bid open to acceptance for and irrevocable for thirty (30) calendar days and that the owner may at anytime during this period may accept this proposal. All inquiries prior to the closing of bids shall be directed to Derek Hradecki, Lead Operator - Rural at (306) 533-0687. Any correspondence by email shall be directed to derek.hradecki@edenwold-sk.ca. Tender will be awarded at the March 4, 2025 Council Meeting.
