GRAVEL CRUSH AND DELIVERY TO RM STOCKPILE The R.M. of Grass Lake No. 381 is seeking tenders for the crush of plus or minus 15,000 yards of gravel to be delivered to the R.M. stockpile located in Reward (SE 28-38-24 W3). We are seeking 15,000 yards of net product crushed to one-inch road gravel. Fines exist that will have to be eliminated to get the desired product. Sealed tenders will be accepted until 4:00PM on Friday, September 29, 2023. All tender applicatons must be dispensed and/or posted with sufficient time or serice to assure that they will arrive at the R.M. of Grass Lake Administration office prior to the deadline. Tenders shall state cost of gravel per yard (crush, load and haul to RM stockpile). The product would have to be delivered to RM stockpile upon winter weights and be delivered by December 31, 2023. SKWCB letter of Clearance and proof of current liability insurance should also be included with tender. Tenders may be delivered to R.M. of Grass Lake No. 381, Box 1686, Unity, Sask. S0K 4L0 All tenders shall be dlivered marked such that they are a gravel tender application and are to remain sealed until the tneder opening. Tenders will be opened in public 10:30 AM on October 3, 2023 at meeting of council. The R.M. of Grass Lake No. 381 reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
