Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation (WLON) is proceeding to construction with an upgrade to the existing water treatment plant.Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation is located approximately 35 km southeast of Dryden in northwest Ontario. The community is accessible year-round via the Trans-Canada Highway.The purpose of this request is to select qualified General Contractors who will be invited to bid for the tender for the work associated with the new water treatment system. This will be a non-public pre-qualified opening.This procurement process does not constitute a legally binding bidding process and does not give rise to a Contract and no legal relationship or obligation will be created between the Owner and the Proponent unless a written Agreement is established.Sealed submissions will be recieved until 11:00 a.m. local Winnipeg time on December 5, 2025 at JR Cousin Consultants., 91A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Email submissions to deskildsen@jrcc.ca are acceptable. Facsimile or late submissions will not be accepted or considered. Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation reserves the right to accept any or all submissions and/or to re-issue this RFPQ to additional proponents as needed to ensure adequate competition. Only those General Contractors that Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation deems qualified from this pre-qualification process will be invited to submit tender bids for this project.
